An entrepreneur is a person who makes a full blown empire on his own, by introducing a new venture, idea or service and takes all the inherent risks of the business. More often than not, entrepreneur is used interchangeably for the term promoter or founder.
However, on usual basis, entrepreneur word is used for people who have created a niche for themselves in the market by successfully establishing an empire on their own.  In the current decade, the entrepreneurs that have proved to be triumphant are extremely young so much so that you will feel old and worthless before them.
Following are the young entrepreneurs of the decade who have faced immense success:

Mark Zuckerberg-Facebook:
Mark Zuckerberg is the co founder of immensely popular social networking site i.e. face book.  Mark was born in New York, in 1984. He was so fascinated by the computer programs that he kept himself indulged in it all the time since his middle school days. In 2004, his fascination culminated in to the “Facebook”, a social network site that has changed the face of networking sites in the world. Mark co founded the site along with his fellow colleagues from Harvard, when he was just 20 years old. Till today, there are millions of people who have already joined facebook, and as I write, many people would still be intending to join.

Chad Hurley-You tube

All of us must have already visited the oh so popular video sharing website you tube, zillion of times. But not many would know about the founder of this popular video site. Chad Hurley is the co founder and CEO of You tube. He started you tube when he was working at PayPal. Chad founded the website along with his fellow PayPal colleagues.  You tube received some prestigious awards such as “Best Invention of the year” from Time magazine and” Entertainment of the year” from the entertainment weekly. In 2006, Chad sold you tube to Google Inc.

Andrew Gower-Runescape:
The famous multiplayer online game Runescape was developed by Andrew Gower, a British video game developer. Gower developed Runescape when he was just 21 and an undergraduate studying at University of Cambridge. Runescape had largest no of subscribers of all free MMORPG’s as per Guinness book of world record.

Suhas Gopinath-Globals Inc
Mr Gopinath is the founder, CEO and chairman of Globals Inc, an It MNC. An astonishing fact is the age at which Suhas founded Globals Inc. He started the company when he was mere 14 years old. Global Inc has more than 200 clients till date and has been conferred with lot of prestigious awards.

Anshul Samar-Elementeo
Anshul Samar is considered as one of the youngest founder-CEO in the history of the business. Anshul Samar developed Elementeo at the age of 13, a chemistry card game, which combines fun of games along with learning chemistry. As of now he is just 14 years old his company’s revenues have already hit $1 million in revenues in its first year of operation.
