Sales for any organization is a profit center, revenues generated from sales are like blood for commercial organizations. ERP Sales module implements functions of order placement, order scheduling, delivery and invoicing.

To start with there is a Master data for this module which holds the complete information for Business Partners – Sales Prospect (which are not yet converted to customer), Customers, Sales Agent, Forwarding agent, Sales Personnel etc., complete information of Products offered, so we can say that it is as good as a database for any company.Next module under this umbrella is as per its name Sales support. It provides support to sales for promotional activity, list of sales activities, potential analysis, list of sales deals etc.,

Next sub module is the core of this module – Sales: Where in we have inquiry register in which one can create an enquiry which can be further converted to quotation and can saved in quotation register. After finalization of the deal a sales order is prepared in Sales Order module. Product cost by Sales order is a module in which one can decide that whether the deal was in red or was in positive.

Other module helps in Display billing documents which helps a sales person to see the invoice of a selected customer. Customer Outstanding list is another module to keep track on the receipt of the payment because for a sales person sales cycle is not finished until he receives the payment.

Display customer is a module in which one can see the complete information about the customer’s billing data like excise details, address, contact person, contact no. etc.

Display Bill of materials: It’s a module in between sales and logistic, for sales it is important to check the scope of supply so that customer gets the right product and also it is useful for application in next project.

Display Stock: Under this module a sales person can see the stock situation of a product by entering product code, so in turn he can inform the customer with the lead time for delivery.

With ERP sales module, a sales person can also see the costing of the product in order to decide his sales price on case to case basis. Various reports like Sales execution for a given period, open orders and new sales order booking can also be retrieved for their presentation.
