Personnel Management: It includes HR Master Data which consists of complete information like address, education, family, bank, medical, organizational assignment of the existing as well as old employee. Even the reports can be generated with this module which is useful for the appraisals. This data master is also useful for other perks and benefits enjoyed by the employee.
This data can also be useful for Provident Fund institute, for tax calculation etc. This module also has the information and guidelines for defining the job, position and organization unit of any employee.
Time Management: Important module for HR as it helps to plan the people for the dedicated job, as with material management it was important for timely bringing the material and not to waste material, it is very important that the human resource of any company is rightly utilized and this module is very handy in this matter . It consists of shift planning, work schedule, time data and time evaluation. Also the incentive wages like over time, out duty are accounted here.
Pay Roll: Right calculation of the remuneration against the work done by the employee is calculated. This calculation is then transferred to accounts department for further processing.
Training and event management: Here it helps in identifying necessary training for development of skills of the employee and to arrange for same. Head of all departments identify the employee and the course of training for employees. On basis of this data base HR arrange for the training and take the feedback from the employee regarding the usefulness of such training.
Events like customer’s visit, sales or vendor meet; annual general meeting and other organizational event are also arranged by HR. This module facilitates such events, where in a registered invoicing for all the expenses incurred. This module also keeps the history so it can be retrieved at any given moment of time for budgeting of the next event.
So, it is designed is such a manner that organization’s most important resource i.e. human resource their employee is planned properly so that it can take optimum work from the given resources.
