1.    Treat the customer in a personal manner. Create a feeling that they are special. Don’t make them feel that you are too busy. Pick up your phone in its earliest rings. All this creates a sense in customers that they are considered individually.

2.    On the case of delivery of things, swear the day on which you can deliver the product and surprise them by early delivery. But don’t promise the delivery for a date which you are uncomfortable.  In case of delay inform the customer at the soonest.

3.    Whoever let your customer be, show respect to your customers. On business deals, try to avoid nicknames and personal comments. Should not reveal the identity of your customers without their wish to others.

4.    Make customer clear that you understood their requirement.  Use simple language for conversation. Also tell them how your service or product can help them.

5.    Customer satisfaction is the best as far as a business is concerned. Keep up principles in business. Imbibe it to your employees as customers judge you also through them.

6.    Your duty doesn’t end by just delivering the product or service. Contact the customer and ensure that they are happy with your service. Follow them for feedback. Develop this as a procedure which will later be an asset to your business as these are all part of sincerity.

7.    In case of the dealings that you can’t do, refer the customer to the capable. For the latest trends and opportunities watch upon other business peoples’ experiences.

8.    Never forget to apologies for the mistake from your part. Never conclude a business without thanks.
